Shipping & returns

Overview

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. Goods purchased in the U.K will be dispatched from our U.K fulfillment centre, therefore will not be subject to any import taxes or fees.

Timescale

Orders placed before 12:00 GMT will be shipped same working day.

Refunds

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days, if not sooner.

All returns must be shipped back within a 14 day time period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have tags attached.

Please ensure you include your order number in your return.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. >If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@gimicci.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If you need to exchange it for the same item for an alternative size, send us an email at customerservice@gimicci.com.

We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection, as we are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.
